Home based business opportunities

We have lots of people making lots of money with our system - some part-time, some full-time. Most start out part-time and later, when their part-time income equals or even outgrows their full-time income, they do our business on a permanent basis.

We know that there are many opportunities out there that offer you "unbelievable income" and "trick" you into joining their programs with the promise of no door-to-door selling, etc but at the end of the day their opportunity is based on some SUPER-OVER-PRICED products being sold. We offer you the chance to offer a much needed service to others, absolutely no door-to-door selling, no products-don't-work complaints, etc.

With our opportunity you decide when you'd like to work. In the morning, afternoon or at night - week days or weekends - you decide.

Our business can be done from the comfort of your home or from the office and it doesn't matter whether you stay in the most remote town or one of the major cities.
How many hours do you spend travelling to and from work on a daily basis? Wouldn't you like to change all that and rather do something else with your life during those hours? With our opportunity you can.
The majority of people can only earn a certain amount of money per month no matter how hard they work or how many hours they work during a month. This is so because someone else has decided that your time is worth X amount per month. We offer you the opportunity to decide for yourself what your time is worth and create a truly unlimited Income Opportunity in the process.

Now, how many times haven't you heard that one already? The truth is that so many "great opportunities" out there require you to make "investments" of a few hundred rands up to thousands of rands with the promise of "huge returns on your investments". Most of the time you never see your money again or end up with a room full of products that you're unable to sell. We've "been there - done that" and we promise you that you can get going with our opportunity for less than the price of a pizza! Yes, we said p-i-z-z-a! And to top it all, there is truly no risk involved because you'll get a legitimate, much needed service in return for your money that you in any event cannot afford to be without. Also, you can cancel your membership with us any time within seven days of making your initial R30,00 payment and we'll refund you in full - no questions asked.

You'll be joining hands with a business that is registered with the Department of Trade & Industry and the Direct Selling Association of South Africa!

Get your very own website just like this one to do the talking for you and to help you earn lots of money - Absolutely FREE! Our fully automated system does ALL the work for you and can earn you BIG profits 24/7/365 as the Internet continues its explosive growth!  This opportunity has no boundaries locally and you will be able to offer our service to people anywhere in South Africa.

Online business strategies

Taking a successful business model from someone else and building on it is no crime. In fact, it is how most leaders build businesses. It doesn’t always take a “stroke of genius” to get to the top. But when those once-in-a-lifetime ideas strike, your window to act may be small. I don’t accept the idea that all of the good ideas have been taken. These five unique businesses are proof that you can find prosperity, even in a market that may not have even existed when you first had your idea.
 Sent a Mail

When I first heard about Santa Mail, I had one of those “Why didn’t I think of that?” moments. The premise couldn’t be simpler: Parents order letters for children, and Santa Claus himself puts a note in the mail. For just under $10, your kids will get a personalized letter from Santa that is (genuinely) postmarked from the North Pole in Alaska. The site isn’t flashy, but it’s simple and effective.
 Alchemy Goods
Though recycling has been popular for years, practical-use items made from recyclable items and materials are quickly becoming more desirable. From clothes and bags to water bottles and wallets, these unique items are high-quality goods that let people show off the positive difference they’re making for the environment. Alchemy Good was originally born not out of ingenuity, but of necessity.

Santa Mail has been around since 2004, and as far as I can tell, it was the first company of its kind. Since then, at least four sites offering the same service have popped up. Even though someone may come along and offer something better, for now, Santa Mail is at the top of its niche.

When Alchemy owner Eli Reich’s messenger bag was stolen, he decided that instead of buying another, he would make one himself. With plenty of bicycle inner tubes lying around, he decided to make it the primary material for his new bag. Long story short, the completed product was a huge hit at the office, and Eli began to make them on a much larger scale. Today, Alchemy products are carried in many stores across the country. I will write the other articles later.

What makes a business successful

The goal of this trip is to write a new book entitled, “Living the Dream on Main Street America” and to create case studies and teaching materials to share what they learn.
This isn’t the first time they’ve interviewed small business owners to learn about what makes them tick and what makes them successful, either. Glauser has been in the trenches talking to small business owners for roughly 20 years and regularly shares the insight he gains with his students at Utah State University.

Glauser referenced a 2013 study done by researchers at Oxford University that looked at 702 occupations and determined that 47 percent were at “high risk” for being replaced by computers and machines.
“My colleagues and I have noticed that graduating students looking for jobs have fewer interviews than they have had in the past,” said Glauser. “In every industry, employees are being replaced by technology. The U.S. economy is becoming more efficient, enabling companies to generate more revenue with fewer employees.”
Despite what he sees as a decline in new jobs, he sees great opportunity in entrepreneurism, and encourages his students to think about starting a small business. We read a lot about new high-tech businesses all the time, but Glauser is talking about the kinds of businesses that you and I can relate to along Main Street. Businesses like merchants, small manufacturers, and restaurants.

In an effort to determine what makes these small business owners successful, they’re interviewing entrepreneurs who have been in business for five or more years. They wanted to know what helped them beat the odds. He’s been doing this for long enough I doubt he was expecting any surprises, but he’s had a few. Traveling across the heartland of America has put him on the doorstep of a number of small business owners who share similar motivations for owning their own small businesses and what they think makes their businesses successful:

How to run a successful business

To be successful in business you need to be organized. Organization will help you complete tasks and stay on top of things to be done. A good way to do this is to create a to-do list each day - as you complete each item, check it off your list. This will ensure that you're not forgetting anything and you're completing all the tasks that are essential to the survival of your business.

Keep Detailed Records
All successful businesses keep detailed records. By keeping detailed records, you'll know where the business stands financially and what potential challenges you could be facing. Just knowing this gives you time to create strategies to overcome the obstacles that can prevent you from being successful and growing your business.
 Understand the Risks and Rewards
The key to being successful is taking calculated risks to help your business grow. A good question to ask is "What's the downside?" If you can answer this question, then you know what the worst-case scenario is. This knowledge will allow you to take the kinds of calculated risks that can generate tremendous rewards for your business.
Be Creative
Always be looking for ways to improve your business and to make it stand out from the competition. Recognize that you don't know everything and be open to new ideas and new approaches to your business.
 Analyze Your Competition
Competition breeds the best results. To be successful, you can't be afraid to study and learn from your competitors. After all, they may be doing something right that you can implement in your business to make more money.
Stay Focused
The old saying that "Rome was not built in a day" applies here. Just because you open a business doesn't mean that you're going to immediately start making money. It takes time to let people know who you are, so stay focused on achieving your short-term goals and give the rest time to come together on its own.
Provide Great Service
There are many successful businesses that forget that providing great customer service is important. If you provide better service for your customers, they'll be more inclined to come to you the next time they need something instead of going to your competition.
Prepare to Make Sacrifices
The lead-up to starting a business is hard work, but after you open your doors, your work has just begun. In many cases, you have to put in more time than you would if you were working for someone else. In turn, you have to make sacrifices, such as spending less time with family and friends in order to be successful.
Be Consistent
Consistency is key component to making money in business. You have to consistently keep doing the things necessary to be successful day in and day out. This will create long-term positive habits that will help you make money over the long term.

How to run a successful small business

It is important to take the ideas in your head and get them down on paper. Most successful businesses offer a new product or service or fill an existing niche in the market. Whatever your reasons may be for starting a small business, make sure to clearly and concisely put them in writing.
It can be helpful to go through many drafts or iterations of your business plan.

Include as many details as you can in your business plan. Overthinking the details is never as damaging as ignoring the details.

In your business plan, you need to identify who you think will buy your product or service. Why would these individuals need or want your product or service? The answer to these questions should help to determine all other aspects of your business’ operations.

It can also be useful to include questions in drafts of your business plan. Identifying what you don't know is as helpful as listing things you are sure about. You do not want to present a business plan with unanswered questions to potential investors, but laying out relevant questions in your initial drafts will help you identify questions that require answering in your final business plan.

Here, it useful to ask questions of your service or product. For example, you may want to ask questions like, does my product/service appeal to younger or older people? Is my product/service affordable for lower-income consumers or is it a high-end purchase? Does my product/service appeal to people in specific environments? You won't be selling many snow tires in Hawaii or beach towels in Alaska, so be realistic about the appeal of your product. How will your product or service generate money? How much money will it generate? How much does it cost to produce your product or service? How do you intend to pay operational costs and employees? These, and others, are critical question you need to answer in planning your small business’ financial future.

All successful small businesses need to grow their customer base and production capabilities over the first few years of operating. Make sure you have identified how your business can and will respond to growth potential.

How to build a successful online business

Where do you start? Do you Google “how to start an online business?” Can you trust what you find? Will it actually be helpful or just more internet fluff?
Every day, more and more people are starting businesses. But I’m not talking things like high-risk, venture-backed startups that are hoping to become the next Facebook and cash out for millions of dollars. Nor am I talking about taking out a second mortgage or dipping into your life savings to start a brick-and-mortar shop.

Recently, I asked 21,000+ of my readers if they wanted to start an online business. The response was overwhelming
I’m talking about creating a low-risk and automated online business that gives you the freedom and flexibility to live a life you want.
It’s easy to dream about running a successful online business — but it’s hard to do it.
And even if you find an online business idea you like, now what? Would you know…?
  1. How to find people who are interested in what you have to offer?
  2. How to set up a website that converts?
  3. How to attract waves of ongoing traffic?
  4. How to build a rapidly growing email list, how to sell without being sleazy, how to package up the idea into a mouth-watering product, how much to charge, and how to set up all the technology, marketing systems, and payment processing?
The brutal truth is that most online business “experts” never touch on these subjects. Instead, they push advice that’s narrow and misleading and ignores what ACTUALLY gives you real profits, customers, and growth:

Internet and modern business establishment

While business technology often is used through personal computers, server storage and point-of-sale or cash register systems, another major technological advancement is the Internet, which has created new communication forms and other business methods that companies use when processing financial and business information.

Structures
A significant feature of e-business is the ability to communicate and transfer information via the Internet. Many companies use e-mail servers that allow managers and employees to send internal messages or information through e-mail communication mediums. Companies also have developed business websites that allow consumers to review information about the company and its products before making purchases. These websites also provide consumers with a means for communicating with the company.

Evidences
The Internet has created an entire business function commonly referred to as e-business or e-commerce. E-business represents the use of Internet and business technology in a company’s operations. Most companies in the business environment have implemented some form of Internet or business technology into their business operations. While some companies faced the major changeover when developing an e-business function, other companies may have been on the edge of this technology before the widespread use of the Internet.

Function
The Internet also has allowed companies to find ways for lowering operational costs and saving capital on production of goods or services. . Companies also can enhance their supply chain by communicating information to the distributors, warehouses and retailers that handle the company’s products.
Companies often implement business software to track various business operations and review the efficiency and effectiveness of each department. These business software packages help managers review information in a real-time format and make better or more-informed decisions regarding the efficiency of operations
Special effects
Many companies in the traditional business environment were unable to directly sell goods or services to consumers and other businesses. These companies, such as manufacturing and intermediate goods producers, often needed a middleman to help sell goods in the business environment. The Internet allows these companies to set up websites or other electronic order systems to sell products and generate a pipeline for future business sales.

How to increase your business sales

The only thing that you can do to increase profits is to improve the variables that ultimately determine your level of profitability. when you improve these 10 variables about your business you will increase profits and affect your bottom line.
a general rule in your financial success in business is that you cannot increase profits directly, only indirectly.  you cannot just say that you are going to increase profits of your business without some specific strategy.

 Lead generation
the process that you use to attract interested prospects to your business. if five out of ten prospects who come into your place of business end up buying from you and you can increase the number of people coming in from ten to 15, you can make more money and  by 50 percent increase.
 lead conversion
improving your ability to sell and convert interested prospects into paying customers is one of the most important things you can do. and there is no replacement for ongoing sales training, both for you and for every single person who speaks to customers, either live or on the phone.

The process by which you convert leads into paying customers. this is the measure of the effectiveness of your sales efforts. if you can increase your conversion rate from one out of ten to two out of ten, you can double your sales and increase profits.
look at every key result area in your sales process and seek ways to improve a little bit in each area. a small improvement in each key area can lead to an enormous improvement in overall sales results.
learn more about lead conversion and how to make more money in your business from my free e-book.
Number of transactions
the number of individual sales that you make to each customer that you acquire. by increasing the frequency of purchase by ten percent, you increase your sales and increase profits by the same percentage. what are some things that you could do to get your customers to buy more from you and to buy more frequently?
 Size of transaction
the size of the sale and the profit that you earn from each. you should be continually looking for ways to up-sell each customer so that he or she buys more each time.
 Profit margin per sale
Profit Margin is the gross profit that you make from the sale of each product or service. by continually seeking ways to raise the price or to lower the cost of the product or service without decreasing the quality, you can increase profits per sale.
every dollar you raise a price, if you hold costs constant, flows straight to the bottom line as profit. every dollar you reduce expenses, if you hold sales and revenues constant, also goes straight to the bottom line as net profit.
  Increasing customer referrals
the customers who come to you as the result of referrals from your satisfied customers. developing one or more proven referral systems for your business can have an inordinate impact on your sales and your business will make more money.

 Cost of customer acquisition
the amount that you have to pay to acquire each paying customer. you should be continually seeking creative ways to improve your advertising and promotion so that it costs you less to buy each customer. this can impact and increase profits of your business dramatically.
 Eliminate costly services and activities
many companies get into a routine or rhythm of offering expensive services to their customers that they could easily discontinue with no loss of customer satisfaction.
look at the little services that you offer to your customers. is there anything that you could reduce or discontinue altogether?
reduce your break-even point
this is the number of items that you must sell each month to break-even or start making a profit.
you use this break-even point to evaluate the potential effectiveness of any advertising or any other expense that you incur to increase sales. every expense to increase profits must be seen as an investment with an expected rate of return that is greater than the cost.

Powerful ways to build successful business carees

If you ask him the secrets of building a wildly successfully career before the age of 30, Mehta will first tell you that you shouldn't try to copy what others have done--you already. "There is no secret formula, no blueprint to success in business," he says. "To try to mimic one . The idea that you can recreate success is a myth."

According to Mehta, there are five strategies anyone can use to build a successful career before hitting the big 3-0. And they just happen to be great advice for people at any age.
At just 28 years of age, Varun Mehta has already held key positions at Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson. Today he is a VP at the Clutch Group--leading the company's financial services practice.

1. Collaborate
One of the best ways to advance your career is to think, "How can I help others succeed?" When your team wins, you win along with it. It's not all about you--when you're a team player, you build a strong foundation for your own success. According to Mehta, "Who gets credit is irrelevant. What matters is that as a team you are doing great work, achieving your goals. Steer people in the right direction. Make others look good--your clients and colleagues, bosses, and employees. Be a true team player, and success will come back to you tenfold."
2. Innovate
Instead of waiting for change to find you, stay ahead of it. Take the initiative to come up with ideas for doing things better--and then have the courage to advance and implement them. Says Mehta, "Experience isn't required for innovation. Thinking differently is. Look at everything and figure out where and how you can contribute, and then do so."
3. Google it
With Google at your fingertips, you no longer have to tell your boss "I don't know" when you're asked a question you don't know the answer to. Instead, you can say, "I will find out," and have an answer quickly and easily. Says Mehta, "Today, we have an opportunity most people didn't, to surf our way to becoming an expert or at least dangerously close--with Google as a secret weapon."

Establishing the correct communication attitude

In order to participate meaningfully and effectively in the  communication process, you have to develop a  sound  and  correct communication attitude . We are  all  created equal , and  it is your  duty as  communicator to uplift the  self-esteem  of the  destination and make him feel indispensable and a vital element of the  communication process.

One of the communication process is to show respect. Respect implies the especial esteem or consideration in which you hold another person. You do not have  to like everybody, but you should respect him or her  uniqueness. If your destination  is  giving you a  hard time by disagreeing with you, respect him to his courage to  differ - after all, it is  a right  to exercise  freedom of though ,association and speech. Never be  condescending or sickly sweet.  No body respect YES- man. Have the courage to accept criticism form other people and  charge their opinions positively and realistically.

On the other hand you need to be courteous. A polite smile as  opposed to slobbery leer can work wonders in the communication process. Remember the golden rule-you are not the most important person in the  process, so put the interest for others above your own. A word of caution -familiarity breeds contempt! Remember that communication in the workplace should remain formal.Four your own good, avoid petty office  gossip because  at the end of the day, you will either be blamed for spreading the  rumourso, or you will  become rumour . Many and office  worker has stepped into a  trap of being all things to all people in desperate attempted to be liked. You are to do a job, pleasantly and effectively.

Purpose of communication

The  purpose of the communication is attempting to do the following:

  • to be  understood
  • to get something done
  • to be  accepted
  • to understand others
  • to share information,ideas,and  feelings
The major objective  of  all communication is to give  and receive  understanding between you as  communicator and your destination.

The  communication has  to remain alert to all changes  of reactions  of the destination. There are , however recommended basic principles or rules  which apply to most people and  most situations :

  • be sure of  what you want say before you say it
  • be  sincere
  • identify the real purpose behind you communication
  • gain the destination's  attention by emphasizing that there is  some benefit to be gained  by him or her
  • timing  is everything
  • use your receiver's language -never talk down to him, simply adapt your style to be  more appreciate (using analogies will help get the point across).
  • ask him  questions to make  sure  the  point is getting across accurately
  • always be  fair and  consistent

Effective  communication  is all about  people, their needs ,dreams, desires and disappointments .It is  essential to understand  what motivates people to develop insight into people's personalities so that  you can fully comprehend the complexity of human nature.Man is  a friendly and  social being by nature  and needs to communicate  to survive physically and emotionally.

The communication process

Introduction of business communication basics

You have  the greatest technical skills in the world ,but without solid  communication skills, who will know  and who can understand ?
Communication is another word for  dealing  with people. Communication, whether viewed as a process or a skill ,must be seen in the context of the situation and the people involved.

There  are six  key components  of the  communication models
  • Stimulus
  • Filter
  • Message
  • Medium
  • Destination
  • Feedback

Communication is the process of  sending and  receiving messages sometimes through spoken or written words and  sometimes  through  such non-verbal means as facial expressions ,gesture and  voice  qualities.

     Types of communications

The  definition  of the communication is a s follows :
communication is the transmission (from one person to another ) of necessary information , feeling or ideas , with the view to making them decode the message  so they can  fully understand what is being transmitted , thereby eliciting from the a sensible  reaction.

Verbal communication

The transmission of messages by means of spoken or written words

Non-verbal communication

The  use of means other than verbal language to communicate and include the sense  for example: hearing, smelling, seeing, tasting and touching: This  refers to communication within the perceptual realms involving gestures, sign language, body movements, facial expressions , display of objects, cultural manifestations, proximity levels, touch, dress, physical appearance, mannerism, voice tones and silence. It is also known as  Semiology.

Formal communication

The exchange of  knowledge and other  forms  of  human communication that take place on formal and objective basis downwards upwards and  horizontally  .

Informal communication

Informal Communication takes place  at the  unofficial and subjective level and frequently occurs among people of the same  age or status for example the office grapevine . The  grapevine  is a  complex network of staff passing on information to each other regarding the  company and employees, and  can sometimes be  very detrimental to staff morale .It is basically gossip.

International Communication

this takes place when  one person  speaks to another person.
